Luxurious amenities and exclusive service at a distanced location. We were impressed by the luxurious amenities and outstanding service at this hotel. the Sun terrace, garden area, and private facilities were exclusive and showcased the hotel's indulgent offerings. the restaurant's dinner and bar/lounge area provided a relaxing nighttime atmosphere. the continental breakfast offered delicious options. the room's exclusive advantages were superb. the only downside was its distance from the city center.
Unappealing building and limited location. Although the hotel's exclusive service and luxurious amenities were impressive, the building's frontage was unappealing, lacking a luxurious feel.

The hotel's location to the Wawel Hill area made it convenient to explore the city center. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, and the hotel facilities were great. The staff was helpful and attentive, making my stay comfortable. the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a variety of options.
Can't fault anything about it.
